Tammy, principal and senior designer works with every client. With a ‘hands-on’ management style she offers a very collaborative yet process oriented approach. Tammy understands projects can be a messy disruption for homeowners – but she knows it can also be exhilarating and transformative experience! So in addition to lead designer, Tammy oversees project management on each job. She strives to educate, inspire and inform homeowners. With a strong construction background Tammy is one of a select few designers equipped to provide project management for her clients’ jobs.  SPACES is committed to delivering dreams – without the common remodeling nightmares! Before coming to New Mexico full time in 2010, Tammy a southern California native, served homeowners in both remodel and new construction design in Orange County, Denver, Scottsdale, Houston, Sarasota and Naples Florida.  Within the home building industry, Tammy worked for top builders nationwide including Toll Brothers, Lennar, WCI, etc.  She’s specialized in developing Design Centers and design teams for national builders including Masco corporation and Delta Faucet. Her customer-centric focus and industry Best Practices earned her recognition with home builders across the nation.  Tammy has won national awards for her design work & customer services skills, including ‘Best of the Best’ by the largest homebuilder in the U.S.  She’s happiest when working on a project and always enjoys ‘teasing’ beauty out of the ordinary.

“A lot of people make promises they can’t keep but SPACES really came through; our job was completed in 5 weeks, even after several issues (due to previous water damage & plumbing leak issues). Tammy worked with tradesmen on evening & weekends to keep the schedule on track.
